Position Overview:
As a Webflow Expert, you’ll be essential in bringing digital projects to life by transforming innovative designs into high-performance, functional websites. Collaborating closely with design and development teams, you’ll ensure seamless project execution from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive, high-quality websites using Webflow with a focus on cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
Convert Figma designs into fully functional Webflow sites, ensuring precision and optimal user experience.
Manage all phases of the web development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with the design team to refine web designs and ensure they’re feasible for development.
Utilize Webflow’s CMS to build dynamic and easy-to-manage websites.
Implement custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) as needed to extend Webflow’s capabilities.
Provide technical guidance to junior team members to elevate the team’s Webflow expertise.
Stay updated on the latest web design and development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance workflows.

Requirements:

8+ years of web design and development experience with a strong portfolio of live Webflow projects, including experience with Enterprise Webflow accounts.
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Webflow certification and deep understanding of its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Experience working with Relume and Finsweet.
Proficient in Figma for web design, with the ability to accurately translate designs into Webflow.
Strong grasp of responsive design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and creativity in addressing challenges.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional attention to detail, producing high-quality, error-free work.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
