About the Role
We’re looking for a Webflow Developer to own and expand our website, ensuring a high-quality user experience and optimizing performance. If you bring design skills, that's a big plus!
What You’ll Do
- Own Website Development: Build responsive, accessible, high-quality pages and custom components using Webflow.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously improve site speed and user experience.
- Content Management: Manage CMS items and assist the team with blogs and content updates.
- Collaborate on QA: Work with designers and stakeholders to ensure a polished final product.
- Design Collaboration: Partner with designers to refine ideas and push creative boundaries; bonus if you can handle design work directly.
- Self-Management: Prioritize tasks proactively and work closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Design.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 3+ years building in Webflow, with strong proficiency in HTML/CSS/JS.
- Speed & Efficiency: Ability to deliver improvements quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Attention to Detail: A strong eye for design and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Resourcefulness: Proactive problem-solving in the face of ambiguity.
