Role Overview:
Thind.dev is seeking an experienced Webflow Developer with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will develop high-quality websites in Webflow, leveraging Finsweet’s Client First methodology, Webflow interactions, and GSAP for complex animations. This role involves hands-on development, quality control, and direct client interaction to ensure that each project meets Thind.dev's high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality websites using Webflow.
• Implement Finsweet’s Client First Class System for efficient site structuring.
• Create advanced animations and interactions using Webflow interactions and GSAP.
• Write custom JavaScript for unique functionalities in Webflow (AI assistance is acceptable).
• Ensure thorough quality control to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Webflow, including a strong portfolio of past projects.
• 1+ year of experience with the Client First Class System.
• 1+ year of experience with custom JavaScript in Webflow.
• Deep understanding of CSS variables for dynamic styling.

Additional Information:
This contract-based role will include a skills assessment via a video call, where candidates will review live client or internal projects to demonstrate their expertise in Webflow and the Client First system.
