We’re looking for a creative and skilled Web Developer with a strong focus on building high-performing, visually stunning marketing sites in Webflow. Familiarity with WordPress and Next.js is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, high-quality marketing websites using Webflow, with a focus on performance, efficiency, and engaging user experiences.
• Work closely with the design team to bring concepts from Figma to life in Webflow, ensuring a seamless design-to-development process.
• Implement customizations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance Webflow’s interactivity and animations as needed.
• Optimize and iterate on Webflow sites based on client feedback, ensuring that final products align with client goals and evolving project requirements.
• Manage complex, multidisciplinary projects effectively, coordinating with teams to meet deadlines.
• Stay informed on SEO and accessibility best practices to maximize site reach and usability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of web development experience, with a strong portfolio of Webflow-based marketing sites.
• Expert knowledge of Webflow, with proven experience in building, customizing, and optimizing marketing sites.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Next.js, and headless CMS solutions like Gatsby or Contentful is a plus.
• Knowledge of web animation libraries (e.g., GSAP or WebGL) is desirable.
• Experience with analytics and integrations (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to enhance website performance.
• Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and clients, ensuring creative and marketing goals are met.
