Lead UX Designer - Saviynt

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000

Role Overview:Lead the UX design for our SAAS platform, creating simple workflows while managing a team of UX designers. Focus on user-centric solutions through iterative design and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create user flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect deliverables
• Manage design team quality and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers
• Lead design presentations to executives and customers
• Maintain and evolve design systems and pattern libraries
• Oversee design QA and asset delivery to Engineering
• Develop user journey maps and personas

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
• 5+ years experience in web-based product design
• Expert-level Figma skills
• Strong portfolio showing design process
• Excellence in concept development and iteration
• Experience with complex mobile designs
• Remote collaboration capabilities
• Low-ego, collaborative approach

• Identity Security/Cybersecurity knowledge
• Complex data structure understanding
• UI animation experience
• Enterprise web product background
• HTML/CSS proficiency
• User research experience
• SaaS product background
