Position Overview:
As a Web Designer at ReBrand, you'll be responsible for designing visually engaging, user-centric websites. You will use your skills to create impactful, conversion-focused designs, collaborating closely with our talented delivery team.

Responsibilities:

• Own complex design projects from start to finish, with a focus on purposeful, high-impact UX design.
• Use modern design technologies like Framer and Figma to create interactive prototypes and finalize designs.
• Distill complex design concepts and present clear solutions to stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for conversion, enhancing elements like social proof, CTA visibility, and the user journey.
• Develop responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and browsers.

Technical Skills:

Must-Have:

• Extensive experience with Framer or Webflow for web design and development.
• Proficiency with Figma for prototyping and design.
• Strong understanding of best practices for optimizing sites for conversions.
• Expertise in cross-device and cross-browser compatibility.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with JavaScript and React (or similar frameworks).
• Experience with 3D modeling using Spline or similar software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, UI/UX, Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visually impactful, technically proficient web experiences.
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge or enthusiasm for Blockchain and Web3 is a plus.
